Restoring land. Reclaiming value.
Land Reclamation in Paradise Valley, Montana
Ground gets hard use out here — construction scars, erosion cuts, overgrazed pasture, old roads, and projects that ended before the cleanup did. EZ Road Repair reclaims disturbed and neglected land across Emigrant, Livingston, Pray, Gardiner, and the rest of Paradise Valley: reshaping the terrain, fixing the water problem underneath, and leaving stable ground that’s ready for its next chapter.
When reclamation matters
- Erosion gullies and cut slopes that grow every runoff season
- Ground torn up by construction, septic, or utility work that needs restoring
- Overgrown or overgrazed ranchland going back into production
- Old logging roads, trails, and homestead sites to reopen — or retire cleanly
- Burn-affected ground that needs stabilizing and reshaping
Common problems we solve
- Runaway erosion — regrading, swales and ditches that give water a controlled path, and riprap armor where flow concentrates.
- Construction scars that won’t heal — compacted, rutted ground decompacted, regraded, topsoiled, and blended back into the terrain.
- Debris-choked sites — old structures, slash, and junk cleared and hauled, with demolition where something still stands.
- Lost access — overgrown roads and trails reopened and rebuilt to drain, so they stay open this time.
Our approach
We read the site the way we read a road: where the water goes is why the damage happened. Reclamation starts by fixing that — grade, drainage, armor — then reshaping the ground, clearing what doesn’t belong, and finishing with decompaction and topsoil so vegetation can take hold. The equipment and the eye are the same ones we use for excavation and earth moving; reclamation is that work pointed at healing ground instead of opening it.
